I must confess.  I used to be a milkshake lover! Yes! I won't even dare say how many I used to drink per day, in the summer of course!  When I realized how much sugar I was ingesting, I decided to go healthy instead. WOW! What a positive change this was!  I have more energy and feel great knowing that I am doing my body good!

Make a positive change in your life.  Drink healthy and see just how amazing you will feel.

I love smoothies!  I used to drink a lot of them but now, since going for protein shakes, I'd forgotten all about them… thanks for the reminder!
